Press Release Body: USB Digital Frames strike deal with Panasonic LCD screens to be the exclusive LCD supplier for their Spring 2008 Digital Picture frame collection.
Digital picture frame designer and supplier to the promotional products industry, USB Digital Frames, has struck a deal for the exclusive use of the new high resolution Panasonic Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) for their Spring 2008 collection.
The collection was launched earlier this month and is now available to the 16 Billion dollar corporate marketplace through their affiliated distributors.
"Panasonic is one of the top 2 makers for LCD's", States John Graham of USB Digital Frames." Their experience in this field is unrivalled"
Panasonic was one of the first company's in the world to create and define the new high-resolution digital panel technology. Panasonic claims that their ultra thin high-resolution frames are of the highest resolution producing the sharpest picture.
The 16 Billion dollar promotional products industry as well as 1000's of retailers across North America and Europe have adopted the USB Digital Picture Frame as the latest "Must-have" gizmo.
Retailers as well as promotional products distributors were caught flatfooted this past Christmas as demand far outstripped supply leaving many unhappy customers unable to get their digital picture frames.
One of the downsides of this uber demand was the emergence of some inferior and potentially dangerous fringe manufacturers of LCD screen seen to emerge. There were reports of electrical fires and a high rate of breakdowns in these inferior digital picture frames. As a result of this problem USB Digital Frames thought it prudent to secure their supply lines with Panasonic for a 100% fulfillment of the Panasonic LCD's for their 2008 collection.
"As we move forward, we expect to be able to draw the price of the digital picture frames downwards, but don't expect it to happen too soon" says Graham. " The demand is still far exceeding supply and even with new plants for LCD's being made it will be sometime before this appetite for digital frames is sated"
USB Digital Frames and their flash drive division Flash Drive Direct are one of the nations leading supplier to the promotional products industry of memory and image devices.
